After their first dance was over, the dance floor was over run with couples. I know I went overboard on the dancing, my feet hurt all night long.
Then it was time for the happy couple to leave the reception and begin their honeymoon, so everyone was yelling good bye and good luck. Hawaii was the honeymoon destination, from what I was told by one of the guests. I’m sure their honeymoon will be just as wonderful as their wedding day was. The remaining guests stayed behind for hours and continued to party.
It was only a couple of weeks later that I got my thank you card from the happy couple thanking me for sharing their wedding day with them and for the wedding gift I bought for them.
